- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many services, a pet sitting service starts at $27we offer dog walking that also starts at $29. We also offer house sitting/overnights that start at $83 per night. We do farm sits as well that start at $40 per sit. Pet Taxi is another service we offer starting at $38 per trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Waggs 2 Whiskers owner Kelly Catlett will come and meet you and your furry family member(s). We want to meet and play with your pets and learn about their schedule, see their potty facilities (aka backyard or litter box), we want to find out all that we can about your fur babies! • We will go over the W2W pet sitting contract and complete it in its entirety. The contract gives us everything that we need to know about you, your pets, your home, your schedule and your emergency contacts so that we can provide exceptional service for you • We will discuss the services that we offer for you and your pets. We will also show you how to use Power Pet Sitter (our scheduling software) and how to schedule your first pet sit! • We will test the keys that you have provided us. Then, we will be on our way • If additional in-home consultations are requested to add an animal or make a change to the current contract, a pet sit fee will apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Kelly Catlett has a lifetime of pet experience. More recently, 5 years of volunteer experience at our local animal shelter where she handled all types of animals and personalities. Also, Waggs has been in business since June of 2012. Kelly our owner is a certified professional pet sitter and is trained in pet first aid. We have cared for anything from turtles to horses.
