Perry arrived on time and was very professional. He asked good questions that helped define the problem better. He then went about systematically to correct the issues. He brought all the tools he needed to fix and address the issue. His tools were top notch and he knew how to use them. In our case, we had water in our basement and we needed to understand how much of the basement had been impacted by water. He was able to test the drywall, insulation and wall studs. From the work he completed we knew exactly where the water had compromised the walls. This allowed us to surgically go about removing only the compromised materials which saved us lots of money long term. I give Perry my highest recommendation and will certainly hire him for future jobs.

They did above and beyond what i expected.I never would have thought that they could work with my insurance so well as to get my whole house fixed,top to bottom due to hail damage. Having a contractor that works for your best interest not their fat walets is exactly what I got with them. I would recommend absolutely any job any one to their services. Thank again!

I had been wanting someone to help me get a house ready to be sold plus some work to be done at my home when Mr. Collins knocked on my door. He has helped me tremendously with many things that needed to be done, kitchen, bathroom, painting, roof, yard, shed, etc. If you need any work to be done I highly recommend this company!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services & trades we perform have Minimum Charges to makes small jobs profitable. Most small jobs take about a full day. First meeting, inspection, schedule, pick up materials and return to complete your task. The range is from $195 for a simple siding repair to$475 for a small roof repair. It's always fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection to determine the Scope of work (or Insured's Scope ofLoss) Estimate. Work is scheduled with a deposit, and we begin as soon scheduling allows. invoices are paid-in-full upon completion of satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA, UofL IICRC Certified ASD & WRT 2014 (Applied Structural Drying & Water Restoration Tech) and have extensive Mold Remediation experience. We've worked in major flood disasters like super storm Sandy, and in hurricane related floods.
