The company was great to work with and provided me with the service I requested. They made sure my heater was running well. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by 502 Heating & Air LLC. My furnace had stopped working, and I was concerned about the complexity of the issue. Chris McIntosh, the owner of the company, and Trevor Dawson, the technician, were not only punctual but also extremely professional. I was referred to Chris with 502 Heating and Air by a friend of mine. My Air Conditioner was not working and he came out that day and diagnosed my issue right away and knew what needed to be done. My 23 year old system had bit the dust and he had a brand new Bryant unit installed, up and running the next day. Very professional and intelligent, they made my experience a breeze

Professional, Honest, and Kind.My A/C went out in the middle of the summer, and due to its age, I needed an entirely new HVAC system installed. I called 502 Heating and Air on a Monday and they had the new system completely installed by THURSDAY.I cannot say enough good things about this company. They gave me the best quote, top of the line equipment, and service. They were on-time, professional, and all around great to work with.Chris (the owner) personally worked with his guys to install my system. They kept me informed every step of the way. The people who work here truly care about their customers.
