Keith and Johnetta, did an outstanding job finishing my basement and remodeling my kitchen and main-level bathroom. As owners, they make a great team. Dedicated, hard working, and amazing results. Had my old home looking fresh and brand new. Did not cut corners and the amount of detail given was amazing. We absolutely loved working with Keith and his crew. They were respectful & very professional while working in our home. Remodeling can be very stressful but they made it such an easy experience. We had no issues with this company showing up on time, or leaving us questioning what job task were being completed, or when they would be finished.
We got everything we asked for and they delivered it with excellent workmanship.
Good contractors are hard to find but they were absolutely outstanding! We’ve previously had issues with other contractors we’ve used in the past but we will definitely use this company again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of job that’s needing completed will determine the deposit to start. I will usually require 2-4 draws throughout the job as it’s getting completed. TBD with each customer
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would ask questions regarding what’s needing to be done and the expected timeframe of when it needs to be completed by. If in a mutual agreement we will then discuss draw stages and materials needed to start. From there we will stay on schedule as best as possible to meet their needs until finished to collect remaining balance
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m 46 years old and I have been in this field for 20+ years. New phase renovations llc is a new company in 2026. I have lots of experience as a project manager for a local restoration company.
