He was super helpful. He asked multiple times before installing the tv wall mount if the location was correct and the same for my glass whiteboard. The quality was great. Everything was super straight and he even volunteered to come back when part of what was needed wasn’t delivered in time.

Great experience. Made himself available earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I did not have a mount and he literally ran next door to pick one up himself. Talk about customer service! Provided a run through of where the TV would be placed and offered his suggestions to ensure it was a one-and-done. Would definitely use his service in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services on a flat rate basis with an upfront pricing quote before all work begins. Consultation of $99 is credited towards any work completed within 90 days of consultation. We offer discounts for clients who allow us to use photos of the completed work in social media, as well as for military and first responders!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-site consultation to determine the best needs and methods to achieve the desired outcome. Guidance on product selection, followed by scheduled and completed installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of home technology support, including PC Repair/Networking, Home Theater and TV Repair.
