After reaching out through the app we were able to schedule a date quickly and worked out what needed to be done. They are quick to respond, work around my schedule, and very professional. The day of the service they let me when they would arrived and kept to the time they set, they talked to me about how the setup was going to be, and did an excellent job even when they cut through the wall to add a box. We were so happy with the service that we scheduled another job to mount our 100 inches tv.

Our house is over 100 years old, and we were anxious about trying to mount a TV on the brick. Bullitt Versa-Tech was a no-brainer. They were so responsive and quick to schedule and very punctual to the appointment. It took less than an hour, and they did check-ins throughout to make sure we were satisfied with the placement. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services on a flat rate basis with an upfront pricing quote before all work begins. Consultation of $99 is credited towards any work completed within 90 days of consultation. We offer discounts for clients who allow us to use photos of the completed work in social media, as well as for military and first responders!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-site consultation to determine the best needs and methods to achieve the desired outcome. Guidance on product selection, followed by scheduled and completed installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of home technology support, including PC Repair/Networking, Home Theater and TV Repair.
