From my initial contact (via e-mail ) through to job completion, my experience with ProKing Roofing and Restoration has been fantastic! Prior to working with ProKing, I had contacted no fewer than six other roofing companies local to my area. You probably won't be surprised to hear that ultimately, only one of those six actually provided me with a written estimate.Nevertheless, I offered the project to two of them who I thought might do the best job, but over the course of six months, a few unfulfilled promises, and scant communication, no one ever responded with an onsite crew. So, my search began anew.What a refreshing change to encounter Frank, Chrissy, and John and the ProKing team who performed the work. Chrissy quickly worked out an initial inspection date for me (my schedule prevented an even earlier date offered and there was no emergency) within short order. John came out and thoroughly inspected my existing roof, discussed the roof in detail, answered every question I had, and then utilized a drone to take pictures of the roof--an extremely knowledgeable and nice guy to boot! Shortly thereafter I received a detailed quote explaining the scope-of-work and several options (including financing if desired). After reading through their quote, I requested a few explanations, which were promptly incorporated into a new quote, which I received later that same day.After I accepted ProKing's estimate, John and Chrissy set up the work date for me for the following week and both Chrissy and John kept up with me via messaging or phone calls all the way through to the start date. This kind of "hands-on" contact is greatly appreciated, but rarely encountered in my experience.On the day of the work itself, the crew and materials showed up exactly when ProKing had advised. I also met Frank (ProKing's personable owner) who, along with John, ensured that materials were correct and everything was set to go.Prior to starting the work up on my roof, John and the crew erected the Catch-All System of house protection (helping to prevent damage from any possible falling debris) around the perimeter of my house--I had not seen that level of attention to detail on a roof job before. The crew removed the existing roofing materials, inspected the roof decking, then proceeded to install underlayment, waterproofing, flashing, plumbing boot, venting, and drip-edge, and then the shingles that I had specified.As you might guess, everything looks terrific and I am very pleased! For the degree of high-quality materials coupled with expert workmanship that I personally observed (I was on-site for the duration), I think the price quoted was quite fair.I gave 5-stars for: selection and quality of materials, high caliber of workmanship, friendly and easy-to-deal with folks, pricing that was exactly as quoted, and a "peace-of-mind" warranty. Getting to know the folks at ProKing has been a genuine pleasure and I would not hesitate to contact them for future projects--highly recommended.

With the ice and snow we had tree limbs fall on part of the roof, gutters and landed on the deck. Mills came out and checked the damage and are working with the insurance to get new gutters and roof!

Amazing company to work with! They came out and repaired the mess the original roofer made.Jose is polite, and knowledgable! They show up on time, and do what they say they will do. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. You cannot go wrong with this company for your roofing needs!
