They were not on time and I didn’t like the job they did. They would not weed the flowers but they sure did add weeds to the flowers. I actually witnessed one of them raking the grass from the driveway into the flower bed.

We were late. This was due to a tire that had to be changed. You were advised of the scope of work that the crew was planning for that day. Weeding the flower bed was not part of that day's work order. we would have done it any way if you were willing to pay for it. This miss understanding could have been avoided with better communication between all of us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more frequent the service the cheaper the price. The larger the job the cheaper the price. Introducing, Bluegrass to a new customer, will result in a $35 discount on your next service. If your credit card, debit card or check is not honored by your bank, you will be charged a $30 fee. If this is repeated, you will be asked to pay cash in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is having a clear understanding of the scope of work to be done from the customer. Further clarify the scope of work through a written contract.
