FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think having a standard pricing can end up costing the client more money. I like to follow the process of getting to know and understand the client and their business. This information helps with quoting the client a fair price rather than locking them into paying for more than they needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial 15 - 30 minute conversation getting to know my client. Working together with the client, I build a buyer persona. Who exactly are we trying to sell to? Male, female, boy or girl? Their demographic, financial and education background. My goal is to understand your customers (and prospective customers) better. This information is useful when I am ready to create content, messaging, and services to catering to the specific needs, behaviors, and concerns of the different groups of personas developed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are new technologies discovered, new platforms and strategies developed. The only way to stay up to date and competitive is by continued education. I am Google AdWords, and Analytics certified. The different platforms require hands-on time to learn how to use them successfully. I am a member of several masterminds that focuses on strategies and different marketing ideas that transition over to my clients and solving their problems.
