Initial Contact & Scheduling Once you reach out, we respond quickly to: Learn about your project Answer initial questions Schedule a convenient time for an estimate 2. On-Site Estimate & Walkthrough We meet with you in person to: Walk the project in detail Identify prep needs (patching, sanding, priming, etc.) Discuss goals, timeline, and expectations You’ll get a clear, detailed estimate — not a vague number. 3. Clear Proposal & Options Your estimate will include: Scope of work Materials (we use premium products from Sherwin-Williams) Number of coats Prep work included We’ll also explain any upgrade options so you can choose what fits best. 4.
