- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try and walk you thru the best ways to get your project done. I need to be able to do it like it’s my house. Cutting corners is not my thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call me and we will decide if we will be a fit for each other. I need you to have a good experience and I need to enjoy what I do. From that point we decided if it is something I can do without looking at it or if we need to meet. I don’t like to schedule heavy so I don’t over commit. I’m just a phone call, email or text away
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on, electricity, drafting, time management, worked with public since 1976.
