We feel like we have a new friend, who is very knowledgeable about construction and home renovation. Mike was great to work with in remodeling the kitchen of our 150-year-old home, coming up with great suggestions and resolving all the problems that came up. Couldn't recommend him more highly. Ethics, integrity, perfectionism and creativity in resolving the surprises that come up with remodeling.

Mike is excellent in all areas. He tells you what he is going to do and he does it well. He communicates with you about when he will be there and is very punctual. Our Contractor is still working on our project. He started today and we're very happy with his progress. He's a hard worker and very skilled. Thrilled that we found him. We have lots of other projects with his name on them...if he accepts in the future. I'll add to my review once he's further along and add some photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will try and walk you thru the best ways to get your project done. I need to be able to do it like it’s my house. Cutting corners is not my thing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call me and we will decide if we will be a fit for each other. I need you to have a good experience and I need to enjoy what I do. From that point we decided if it is something I can do without looking at it or if we need to meet. I don’t like to schedule heavy so I don’t over commit. I’m just a phone call, email or text away
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on, electricity, drafting, time management, worked with public since 1976.
