- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricings are based on the unique needs of a given project. If the project is a hardwood flooring installation, the price will be based on a per square foot basis as well as the type of desired installation material. If the project is a stairs installation, there will be a cost per step. There will also be additional fees for procurement of hardwood material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process can be broken down into 3 simple steps: 1. Preliminary Consultation: Initial consultation to determine the size and extent of the project, the flooring type, timing, and price. 2. Work Order: Upon agreement, we will create and send you a work order that specifies the pricing, timing, and any additional relevant project information. 3. Installation: Our experienced flooring professional will install and execute your desired flooring project that caters to your needs and meets your quality expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a leading hardwood stairs and flooring installation contractor with over 15 years of flooring & stairs installation experience including solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank.
