The price given by Thumbtack is a loose estimate, I offer free quotes and can usually come by within 24 hours!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Myself and the customer talk on the phone and then I come by and give an estimate as well as a day that I could get the job done. Then we proceed from there!
