Exceptional Work & Peace of Mind I own a jewelry store, and our front door was becoming a serious problem. It wasn’t installed properly years ago, and over time, it got to the point where every customer who pulled it felt like it might come off the hinges. I came across Maulden Windows/Doors/Metal Wrap/ETC through Thumbtack with no expectations—but I was completely blown away by the service and craftsmanship. Originally, I only expected him to repair the frame and reinstall the same door. Instead, after a thorough consultation, he recommended a much better solution—and delivered far beyond what I could’ve imagined. He replaced the door with a brand-new, heavy-duty one, installed thick bulletproof and hurricane-rated glass, reinforced the entire frame, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The new door is incredibly solid and secure—it even closes on its own, which is a huge plus in a busy store where customers don’t always remember to shut it. What impressed me even more was how professional and courteous he was throughout the process. He worked around my hours so the store could stay open, was respectful to every customer, and made sure I felt secure with the new installation—something that’s very important in my line of work where we deal with valuable merchandise. My kids came by to check it out, and they were just as impressed by the quality and clean finish. It’s very rare to come across someone who cares this much about their work and their clients. Have a 1939 Colonial with lots of original windows that needed some work to get back operational. He replaced cracked panes of glass and got our windows back to the point where we can open and close them smoothly. Many of them were swollen shut before he came out. Can definitely recommend his service.
