- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I price a job I prefer to price just labor that way the customer can buy whatever kind of material they want. Unless they specify that they want me to get what’s best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and have them show me what and where the work is. Then I will walk them through my process of how I’ll repair it or install it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from community college for electrical construction, I’m certified in alternate energy and have my level one Thermal imaging certification. I’m insured and licensed also.
