How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have owned rental property for going g on 26 years, buying my 1st investment home @ 20yrs old. Through tough, hard and sometimes overwhelming experiences I figured if I could keep some guys working when I didn’t I have a project I could trust and afford them when I did need them. With that said it has turned out to a very smart way to do business.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We demoed a glued wood floor and some tile totaling 1011 ft then install all tile and reinstalled quarter round and left the homeowner’s home like we found it in 4 days. The customer was very happy with the job
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you and whoever is doing your job are on the same page and put everything in writing. Try to spell out every detail that has been agreed on. REMEMBER THE SMALL THINGS LOL.
