Comfort Solutions (John & helper Kevin) absolutely saved my night. If Thumbtack let me select all 5 “what I liked” options, I would have, but I could only pick 3, so I’m adding **Punctuality** and **Responsiveness** here too.
I arrived home to a house that was **81 degrees**, and there was no way I was going to make it through the night. I jumped on Thumbtack to request a pro, and **John responded almost immediately**. I asked about his after-hours fee, it was **very reasonable** and applied toward the total cost, which was also **completely fair**.
John showed up **exactly when he said he would**, and he and Kevin jumped right in.
