I recognized at 18 that I was a storyteller.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Either proofreading or copyediting an article or helping them get a book in shape, figure out what big elements are missing and how to refine the ones that are there.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much I care about stories being compelling and cohesive and that most people can tell a good story, but it takes work and honesty. You have to dig down inside and think about what it is you're really trying to say. I'm pretty good at helping people figure those kinds of things out.
