Born in Cajun Country of Raceland Louisiana, Chef Timothy Mohon has more that 10 years experience in cooking. From working in Fried chicken shacks down the bayou to training in France, Chef Timothy has grown his repertoire. His resume includes some of the most well respected restaurants in the city. He is also trained in nutrition and can accommodate all diners. We are excited to bring his award winning experience to your next event.
