What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on the specific acreage of the property to be imaged, along with the specific services requested, to be sure you're only paying for what you need. Pricing starts at just $160 for small properties and increments modestly from there, depending on property size and scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really straightforward, we just ask for the Property Name and Address, along with whatever specific services a Client needs (ground photos, aerial photos, video, etc). Once we have those basics we can get back to them quickly with an accurate quote, to get the project rolling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes almost 500 FAA-Licensed drone photographers, based all over the United States. Each team member follows our proprietary, standardized system to ensure that you get the highest-impact imagery angles on every job.
