Introduction: I use different ways to train. I always do training in the outdoors. I use the body to perform such workouts; there are no weights. A resistance band is pretty much the way I personally use for toning.
I teach martial arts training which involves muay thai,
kickboxing, boxing, extreme cardio training and much more. I'm a strict person when it comes to training and teaching. I will push you to the limit to conquer and overcome. I don't have a gym; again, I use the outdoors.
