Nick came out and did an inspection of the roof fixing minor issues on the spot. He was quick with response and super helpful / knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of inspection and repairs.

GREAT COMPANY! From start to finish everything went smoothly, and easy. Their HONEST, DEPENDABLE, ON TIME, RESPECTFUL of you and your property. Great prices as well. I was helping my Neice to have her old roof and pipes removed and a new roof put on, They went out and gave an estimate that very day. WOW! Never once did they act like a salesman, trying to sell you anything. Its like talking with good friends, or family. Every question we had was answered promptly. They showed up exactly when they stated they would. The workers were GREAT as well. Each of them worked hard, fast, and respectful to everyone and the property. The roof was COMPLETED ALL IN ONE DAY!!!!! It looks AMAZING! You'd never know they were there as EVERYTHING WAS PICKED UP AND CLEANED UP!!! Nick is so personable, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure, and WONDERFUL working with him and the company as a whole! OUR MANY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, FOR MAKING EVERTHING SO EASY AND FOR THE A+ WORK YOU'VE ALL DONE!!!

Jimmy is a roof whisperer. He can just about tell you, over the phone, what the problem is and can explain it even better, in person. I had some delightful conversations with him and enjoyed listening to him explain what was causing damage. It's equivalent to listening to a doctor of sorts. He knows his stuff. My only suggestion for improvement is properly updating the customer on plans or timing. Other than that, my experience with JIMMY was memorable.

Customer innitaly left a one star review bc we provided a number and she did not call us back and we have proof I called her multiple times. Said we never called.and held us hostage to do the work for a review change. Lost alot of money on this job In hopes of protectimg our 5 stars reputation.

The wife and I reached out to Home Improvement Solutions when we needed repairs done to close on selling our house. Mr. Jimmy and his son showed up ready and willing to knock out the repairs before we could even call another Roofing Company to get a quote! Jimmy and his son Nick make a great team and perform quality work. I do not typically write online reviews for ANY companies but I felt compelled to do so after the great service they provided to me and my family!
