I'm in my late twenties and had never been athletic or worked out in a gym before and wanted to change that. I started working with Danny about a year ago and he has been great! He is always positive, very knowledgeable, and works hard to be flexible for his clients. I started as a complete gym noob but feel very comfortable now. Results wise, I'm stronger, much more physically competent, and am happy with the changes I've seen with my body and expect to continue to see. I would recommend him to anyone.

Started training when I was in horrible shape and could barely do 1 push-up. Thanks to an awesome trainer and program I am in the best shape ever! I also know that our Boot Camp Code Pink family is the best. No judgements just supportive with a bit of workout fun! Very professional and nice but also pushed me to get through my workout the first day. Everything that was done in my session was explained to me before moving forward and the time passed by fast being that he talked me throughout. Still have a long ways to go but I'm trusting James to help me along the way. Excited to see my results in the future.
After a fit test and two full sessions, I'm hoping to be with TG Fitness long-term; we're a great fit from my end! Everything I've heard and done aligns almost perfectly with my ideas about reaching my goal of a healthier, stronger, slimmer me. Tyler knows his stuff and is just the right kind of motivator. He's patient and flexible, and has thus far been exactly what I am looking for in a trainer. I was planning to get a few more sessions under my belt before reviewing, but I don't see my opinion changing anytime soon. No point in waiting!
Adam is an amazing trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also effective. He is not going to push supplements, give you quick unhealthy alternatives.
