Paula gives the best massage that I have ever experienced, and I have had a few! She intuitively knows what your body needs to feel better. I also have had facials that included Microdermabrasion, and light to deep strength facial peels. She gives you detailed instructions about how to take care of your skin after these services, as well as great advice about how to care for your skin. She is very knowledgeable about the products she uses on your skin and tailors the products and services to your skin concerns. Whether it is exfoliating superficial dead skin and debris, reducing the appearance of fine lines, large pores, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, and evening out skin tones, Paula does it all, with knowledge, expertise, and the right skin care products and services to take care of your needs. Paula is wonderful!

I have seen Paula quite a few times. And each time I can tell the difference she is making with my overall tension and pain points. She continues to develop her techniques and educates you on what she is doing and the reason behind it. I have tried many therapists and so far Paula is the only one that really makes a difference for me after a single session. Massages are important for me since I am usually at my desk majority of the day. The lack of movement makes me susceptible to knots and tension around my neck and upper body. Paula really does wonders for me. She’s worth the chance if you are looking for a new therapist.
