Jim installed a bollard for impact protection around our water heater in the garage and also a self-closing mechanism on the door between the garage and house, both necessitated by a home inspector prior to the sale of our house. Jim did great work and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely use his services again.Aug 20, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We find out what the customer wants and make suggestions for improvements on their ideas. Once we know what the scope of the work is we provide pricing and work out a schedule for doing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a business owner in a service related field and have managed 15-20 employees. I ran a service department and solved customer problems. I also used AutoCad computer drafting to do plans for customers. I learned the building skills from others who were experts in their field of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always enjoyed working with my hands and over the years I have acquired tools galore. After I built my own home I decided to venture out and work for others.
