Rich is an outstanding contractor. I have several projects going on, and Rich stands out as the best. He’s excellent at flooring and always looks for ways to save you money and time with professional solutions. He’s incredibly efficient; he finished my flooring in just two days. He’s also very accommodating. When I asked him to install baseboards in two other bedrooms, which wasn’t part of the original plan, he gladly took it on. Overall, Rich is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend him for any flooring projects.

I hired RC Renovation to do Laminate Flooring for my laundry room, 5 lighting Fixtures, & a new toilet installation. He did an amazing job! He even did check ins with me to make sure I was happy with his work throughout the day. Very punctual & took his time to make sure everything was perfect for me. Quality work at a Fair price. Definitely will hire again!

It's not so much him as it is thumbtack listing him as someone who does vinyl floors. With that said I drove 2+ hours to my vacation property and didn't hear from him directly until I asked if he was still gonna make it. (30 mins before the scheduled time) He then responded with "I don't know how you got an estimate appointment because I don't do vinyl or carpet." It woulda been nice for him to respond 3 days earlier to tell me that so I could've made other arrangements. Mind you this is just part of a 79 mobile home that I had to replace all the subfloor on. It was the small kitchen and small hallway. Not happy with Thumbtack or this guy. I didn't give less stars because he said he wouldn't do the job. So that's on thumbtack. But his message was a little late, then he tried to up sell me a little. So if you need vinyl plank or click together flooring he might be a great contractor but his communication isn't that great.

Sorry this happened to you Jeff, thumbtack has many issues with their app, I never set the appointment and like I said I can’t reply if I don’t want the job I will be charged $85 for nothing, I didn’t try to up sell you just help you with services I provide like vinyl plank not vinyl sheet
