Introduction: I am an accomplished attorney/mediator/program director with 16 years of distinguished legal experience as a research attorney with the Court of Appeal, a practicing attorney, and a mediator/program director of an Agricultural Mediation Program. I am a professional who possesses outstanding case management, legal document drafting and analyzing, and decision making skills. I have established the proven ability to supervise legal cases from their inception by interpreting and analyzing statutes, case law, regulations and policies; drafting various pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law for administrative hearings, district, and appellate courts; and representing clients and advocating in their best interest at hearings and trials and/or conducting mediations with parties through the conclusion of the case. Over the years, I have acquired the talent to manage a federally funded program, within proper budget constraints, became an excellent educational presenter, in addition to providing legal recommendations and interpretations to the administration in higher education.
