The technician checked and determined that my HAVC system was not functional. He forwarded his finding to the staff at H&E, who ordered the needed parts.After receiving the parts, two (2) H&E technicians installed the parts in a timely fashion.At this time, I have to thank everyone at H&E, who helped turn this bad situation into something special for me and my family.
