Our A/C went out and the service guys came out and fixed the problem. They were knowledgeable and made sure our warranty company was aware of an issue which could have made the unit go out again. They got it fixed. We have had other repair companies come over the years who took all day to finally fix a problem only yo come back the next day. Totally recommend them.

Friday afternoon, uptown NOLa, temp mid-90s, it's 3 PM and your AC goes out and you're leaving the next morning (SAT) for trip out-of-town for 2 weeks. H&E dispatched Lester and another tech who arrived at 4:30 PM and worked to past 6 PM (on a Friday) to get it working. Now a fan for life. Great work at a fair price. Much appreciated. Give these guys a shot!
