How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the drummer in my uncle’s band at 13 years old playing bars and weddings , In 1988 I was a contestant on the “You can be a star show” on TNN , I sang nobody in his right mind by George Strait , I didn’t win but it brought me many opportunities, I was a guest on lots of television shows, toured with different bands, recorded albums, made music videos, now a lot heavier, getting older not wanting to tour anymore, being burned out with playing in bands, with my experience with sound and lighting and all the professional equipment I already own , I decided being a DJ, I’d still be in the music business but home every night, that’s pretty much how I got started
