What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Girllo Coaching Wellness, we offer affordable, purpose-driven coaching packages designed to fit your family’s needs. Pricing starts at $75 for 1-on-1 sessions and varies based on program length and customization. We also offer discounted group rates, multi-session bundles for groups and qualifying families with 2 more people. Every session is designed to deliver value, transformation, and tools your girl can use for life.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Inquiry & Intake ➤ Once a new client expresses interest, they’ll complete a short Girllo Intake Form to help us understand the girl's needs, goals, and wellness focus (confidence, hygiene, emotional clarity, etc.). Step 2: Welcome Email + Booking Link ➤ Parents receive a Welcome Email with session details, pricing, policies, and a link to book their preferred date and time for the first session. Step 3: Pre-Session Prep ➤ You’ll receive a personalized Zoom link, along with a downloadable Mini Glow Guide journal page to use during the session. Parents will get tips on setting up a quiet, private space. Step 4: Live Coaching Session (45 mins) ➤ During the session, we’ll: Build rapport Set a confidence or self-care goal Practice a mini coaching activity (breathing, journaling, prayer, or self-talk) End with encouragement + one next step+ Q&A Step 5: Follow-Up + Next Steps ➤ After the session, the parent will receive a brief session recap and recommendations for follow-up (optional package or wellness tools). We also offer a Glow Check-In Text within 72 hours to support continued progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ali, founder of Girllo Coaching Wellness, is a licensed esthetician, a trained life coach, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. With over 15 years of leadership and mentoring experience, Ali has been coaching and empowering girls and women since 2019. As a U.S. Army veteran, she brings strength, structure, and compassion to every session. Her combined expertise in wellness, hygiene education, emotional intelligence, and spiritual mentorship allows her to guide young girls through transformative growth. Ali is passionate about helping each girl glow from the inside out—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
