FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That the awareness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices forgotten.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial conversation to find out their exact needs and determine if we will be a good fit for their upcoming event. Once we have determined that we are going to move forward, we can make sure all the details and timelines are put in place, all questions have been answered and I’ll get them working on a playlist that I’d like to have from them a few days in advance from the date of their event. Three days before the event, we will touch base, go through and make sure all the expectations will be met and that we’re on the same page so that everything will run smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have logged many hours of being mentored by DJs and producers. I have recently obtained my bachelors degree from Full University in audio production.
