FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The biterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial conversation to find out their exact needs and determine if I will be a good fit for their upcoming event. If not, I would be more than happy to refer them to someone that would. Once we have determined that we are going to move forward, I make sure all the details and timelines are put in place, all questions have been answered and I’ll get them working on a playlist. For the best experience I like to have a general outline 3-4 days before the performance. The day before I like to touch base, see if there are any changes I need to know about, go through and make sure all the expectations will be met and that we’re on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have logged many hours of being mentored by DJs and producers. I have recently obtained my bachelors degree from FullSail University in audio production.
