Introduction: Hello, owners/operators/managers! Thank you for your interest. I would like to take a minute of your time to explain about what we do and why it's so important to you. We are in the business of cleaning restaurant kitchen vent hoods over your grills. We also clean all roof exhaust fans and duct exhaust (on roof), as well as store fronts, floors, garages, driveways, patios and pool decks. It is a law in the city and state where your business is located that you keep all grill vent hoods and roof exhaust fans clean. Or, you can be fined and/or closed for not taking care of this on a regular schedule. All vent hoods should have sticker from cleaning company to show date of last cleaning and next cleaning date. If this date is expired, you can be fined by the city or state. Grill vent hoods and roof exhaust fans that are not clean from grease are considered to be a fire hazard for building and employee safety. I am sure because of being in this business you are aware of these laws and don't need problems with the city where your business is located.
