What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a Mobile Notary and do charge a travel fee for traveling outside of St. Martin & Lafayette Parishes. Travel Fees are based on round trip. Anything over 50 miles is charged at an additional rate of $.55 per mile
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out everything about the service they are needing and do my best to provide that service at a fair price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notary Public qualified for the State of Louisiana. Commissioned in Lafayette & Iberia Parish. Certified Remote Online Notary. I have been a paralegal and have worked in Law since 1996. I am also an authorized signing agent for loans and mortgages.
