I contacted Jason and he was able to pick up my printer the same day. He kept me informed on his progress. Although Jason was unable to repair my printer, He did not charge me for the parts that did not fix my machine. Jason was very helpful in helping me make a decision on a replacement printer. I will contact him again when I need computer or printer repairs.

I brought my laptop to Jason with a slew of problems. He was able to assess the situation very quickly and then get back with me with the best solution to solve my problem. In 2 days after that, I get a phone call letting me know to come and pick up my laptop. The price was reasonable for services that he provided for me. I really couldn't think of anything to complain about. I will use his business again if needed!!!

30 dollars troubleshooting fee Additional charges may apply based on labor, parts, or consulting fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work out my home, so I would prefer to pick up devices or computer equipment at a mutually agreed upon place instead of the customer coming to my home but exceptions can be made, or just go to the clients home if they request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently Comptia A+ certified and working on obtaining the Network+ certification. I have 9 years of professional experience working with electronics, computers and advanced software solutions.
