- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work out my home, so I would prefer to pick up devices or computer equipment at a mutually agreed upon place instead of the customer coming to my home but exceptions can be made, or just go to the clients home if they request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently Comptia A+ certified and working on obtaining the Network+ certification. I have 9 years of professional experience working with electronics, computers and advanced software solutions.
