I brought my laptop to Jason with a slew of problems. He was able to assess the situation very quickly and then get back with me with the best solution to solve my problem. In 2 days after that, I get a phone call letting me know to come and pick up my laptop. The price was reasonable for services that he provided for me. I really couldn't think of anything to complain about. I will use his business again if needed!!!

Teksavvy is friendly, fast and affordable! I brought my MacBook Pro to Jason and by the next day my computer was updated and fixed. Jason was honest and upfront about my computer's problems and projected cost to fix. I would definitely recommend anyone who has a tech problem to Jason and will use Teksavvy in the future.

I had an issue with the hinge of my HP Envy, in addition to this, my cooling fan has stopped functioning. The two seemed to be connected afterwards, as you could imagine, but none of this mattered in the end. Jason took care of my problem with seeming ease, answering all of my questions and making sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job before even taking it. I'll admit I was a bit nervous at first to be handing off my laptop to a relative stranger, but it was in the right hands. He replaced the fan and repaired the hinge in half the time as quoted by a repair shop I went to previously, as well as at a THIRD of the price. Would I recommend him to anyone with computer issues and go to him again? Absolutely. A very friendly and personable guy, someone you can trust. Thank you again, Jason.

I contacted Jason and he was able to pick up my printer the same day. He kept me informed on his progress. Although Jason was unable to repair my printer, He did not charge me for the parts that did not fix my machine. Jason was very helpful in helping me make a decision on a replacement printer. I will contact him again when I need computer or printer repairs.

30 dollars troubleshooting fee Additional charges may apply based on labor, parts, or consulting fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work out my home, so I would prefer to pick up devices or computer equipment at a mutually agreed upon place instead of the customer coming to my home but exceptions can be made, or just go to the clients home if they request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently Comptia A+ certified and working on obtaining the Network+ certification. I have 9 years of professional experience working with electronics, computers and advanced software solutions.
