Epic Tek is locally owned. I don't care for long automated systems. Epic Tek provides great personal service. Very knowledgeable about high end as less expensive A/V products of all types.

Cory Wagner has the experience to troubleshoot and fix problems not directly related to the IP camera. For example, customer moved internet modem after camera installation. Cory used customer's wifi device to re-connect the camera.
