- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. There are variables to consider like height of tree or if it's near or above electrical lines or houses. We try to give low prices because some companies charge outrageous prices. And we would rather have repeat customers who also refer us to someone else. We do offer incentives for customers referring us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we agree to meet, we walk through the property and see everything that needs to be done. We explain what we will do and even offer ideas that they never thought of. Once everything is discussed and price is agreed upon, we will start immediately or whenever the customer wants done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both been exposed to yard work at an early age. There is no education besides hands-on education. Which to me is the best kind.
