1st time using this app and I don’t know what my expectations were but they were exceeded. He was able to diagnose the issue (that 3 prior people couldn’t) and fix it the same day. In addition he went out of his way to move some heavy furniture in for me out of a storm and quickly addressed another issue for me. VERY helpful. I have already been recommending him to people I know need a plumber. He’ll be my go-to from now on.

Although he couldn’t do everything I wanted done he did a great job on what he could install. He also recommended I hire a specialist to fix the issue he ran into. Great, friendly and professional I’d definitely hire him again.

I needed a waterline for refrigerator ice maker. Raphael responded within minutes of me posting project and within a couple of hours he was on the job. 3:30pm the job is completed and I am very satisfied with the work. He has checked all of the boxes I expect when hiring someone for services. I will be recommending him to friends and family.
