Wedding and Event Catering
My spouse and I had an incredible experience with EZ Events & Catering. We found the catering option first and it was a no-brainer with the packages they offer. We were so pleased with how our Cajun Brunch menu turned out! Further, when we hired Ellie to be our Day-Of Coordinator, it was the best decision we made. Having someone so connected to our entire planning process was so helpful for multiple reasons. My wife and I are not LA natives and currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. Therefore, when COVID hit in March, Ellie really stepped up to help us through the various New Orleans questions as we were not able to make it to New Orleans prior to the wedding. Ellie also guided us through the tough decisions we had to make keeping our original date for our wedding in August. We would recommend EZ Events & Catering to anyone as the team felt more like family than business partners. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing Packages start at 9 per person. There are price points for catering drop off and for catering with service. We try to get as much information so we it fits clients. A big thing is plz don’t shop our prices and waste our time it takes precious time from our soon to be clients .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Client will contact us with their needs. We then give them estimate and request a meeting via phone, email or in person. At that time a deposit is required to secure date. Next step is delivering product and or services where the total balance is paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the Hospitality business for over 25 yrs. I got a degree in business marketing working in an office and ended up returning to the restaurant industry. To sum it up my education and training as been hands on
