I recently hired EZ Events for an event, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Ellie was incredibly professional, responsive, and went out of her way to ensure everything was tailored to our needs.
The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was perfectly prepared and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything tasted!
In addition to the catering, Ellie also provided bartending and two servers for the event. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and made sure every detail was covered, allowing us to enjoy the event without any worries. I highly recommend Ellie and her team for any event, her passion shines through in the service they provide. I’ll definitely be booking them again for future events!

EZ EVENTS CATERING was amazing! Throughout the entire planning process, the team was in constant communication with us. My husband & I had so many questions and requests leading up to the wedding, and the ENTIRE team would respond that day, happy to help. It was such a great experience. And the food! It was all DELICIOUS, I’ve heard from many guests how great the food was. Also, they’re bartenders are awesome, they had a bunch of the signature drinks ready to go for people right when the ceremony ended, and throughout the night they were making some of the best drinks I’ve had. Overall, amazing experience and I’m so happy they catered my wedding!

Ellie is so sweet, enthusiastic, and professional. I reached out to her and got a quick response with a great menu suggestion. She provided an array of meat, veggie, and vegan options for my party and they did not disappoint! Almost every person came up to me to gush over how good her empanadas were! Venezuelan approved😉 will definitely use her services in the future

The service was seamless, and every detail was taken care of with such professionalism. Our guests were so impressed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My spouse and I had an incredible experience with EZ Events & Catering. We found the catering option first and it was a no-brainer with the packages they offer. We were so pleased with how our Cajun Brunch menu turned out! Further, when we hired Ellie to be our Day-Of Coordinator, it was the best decision we made. Having someone so connected to our entire planning process was so helpful for multiple reasons. My wife and I are not LA natives and currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. Therefore, when COVID hit in March, Ellie really stepped up to help us through the various New Orleans questions as we were not able to make it to New Orleans prior to the wedding. Ellie also guided us through the tough decisions we had to make keeping our original date for our wedding in August. We would recommend EZ Events & Catering to anyone as the team felt more like family than business partners. If you want someone by your side from start to finish, Ellie Zarraga-Mullins is your only option.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Packages start at 29$ per person. There are price points for catering drop-off and catering with service. We get as much information to fit client's needs. A big reminder is, plz don’t shop our prices and waste our time, it takes precious time away from our soon-to-be clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will contact us with their needs. We then give them an estimate and request a meeting via *****, *****, or in person. At that time, a deposit is required to secure the date. The next step is delivering products and or services where the total balance is paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Hospitality business for over 25 yrs. I got a degree in business marketing working in an office and ended up returning to the restaurant industry. To sum it up my education and training as been hands on
