- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each menu/event is customized to that particular clients needs, i.e., amount of food/drink, types of foods, servers, bartenders, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the client to get a feel for the style of event and together build a menu. Taking into consideration not only budget, but where event is being held, access to kitchen, etc. all play a role.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in culinary arts.
