When your AC goes out in the Middle of August you want it fixed very quickly. Expert Air A/C and Heating did this with no problems at all.

Chris Corcoran came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate! My 19 year old Rheem heat pump had finally hit the dust. Out of the four estimates I received, Expert Air gave the best for an upgraded two stage, energy efficient Daikin heat pump which came with a 12 year factory parts and labor guaranty. A four man crew, including owner of the business Mark Corcoran and son Chris, arrived at 830 the following Wednesday and had the installation finished by 4 in the afternoon. The guys were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after completion. Wish I had replaced my old unit years ago. The house is now much more comfortable at a higher temperature because the energy efficient Daikin does a much better job keeping humidity low. Anxious to see how much savings I have on our electric bill! No regrets in using Expert Air- great company to deal with!
