First time using any type of home repair. Was extremely satisfied with Phillip. Phillip was very easy to communicate with. In fact he would text or call me regularly regarding any questions I had. And I had a lot, lol. Repairs were done quickly and computer is currently working great. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Matte responded immediately. I live and breathe on my computer. He stopped what he was doing and called me immediately after I posted. Over the phone we worked about 30 minutes, with his help of messaging to my phone as to what I needed to type in to getting my computer up and working. From utter uselessness of my computer down to giving it, and following his telephone instructions that put my computer up and working again. I give him 5 stars plus for his caring and understanding and stopping everything he was doing to get me up and running again , no less via telephone. Just fantastic service and caring. I 100% suggest using Matte. He was fantastic, inexpensive and absolutely knew what he was doing and together with his help, up and running 30 minutes after I posted with him. Forget the rest of the computer people. I’ve been using computers since 1980. And know a lot myself. Out of all the help I’ve used through all these years he stands out as the #1 person with his return phone call, and sticking with me thrushes steps to get my computer up and running again. Use no one else, make Matte the 1st call you make!!!! Just great. Thank you so much!!

I have 19 certifications & countless hours of independent course study into new technologies & to stay on top of what is currently happening in the world with technology. I am also a successful web and mobile designer & developer. I’m also fluent in 9 different programming languages including frameworks, backend server systems, cloud systems and a ton more.
