Jeff had let me down on punctuality as he had to reschedule our initial appointment and then showed up 50 min late to the rescheduled appointment. However, his quality of work was great and he was able to install my over-the-range microwave in under 2 hours and came prepared with all the necessary tools for the installation. I also want to add that he had made a trip to Home Depot for a needed drill bit which attributed to his tardiness. I recommend for his quality of work as the microwave and vent work perfectly.
