- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
☆My rate for one service is $100 per hour with a one hour minimum. If you would like two services, it is an additional $25. ☆I require a non-refundable deposit of $25 up front that goes towards the total of the event. The remaining balance is due at the time of the event. ☆Depending on the location, travel fees may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am interacting with a new customer, I always find out exactly what they expect for their event. I want to make sure that every detail is perfect. If there is a theme, I make sure to accommodate my options to match. If there is a special setup situation (moving locations, indoor, outdoor) I take notes. Customer satisfaction is my top priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years experience in the event entertainment business as a face painter, balloon twister, and caricature artist. All of the artists on my team are hand picked and have 5+ years of experience in face painting. We all practice daily and regularly attend specialized training and conventions.
