What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor and material and will fluctuate with the economy. However, once a proposal has been confirmed the pricing is final.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial phone call to discuss the project. Next we will schedule an in home visit to discuss the project further and get acquainted with the project. Once an agreed upon proposal has been confirmed, we create a schedule and get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over 30 years in construction, maintenance and remodeling. I have been hands on in all aspects of building since 1988
