They came out same day with an hour. Cut my front and back yard in less than 30 minutes. Weed eater, edged, mowed and blower. Yard looks great and will be using them again.

KDL started off good showing up on Thankgiving morning. Went down hill fast! Biggest problem, I stated in my profile request that the person MUST have the technology to PICK-UP & REMOVE all the leaves. This was my #1 for hiring someone else. The reason I fired my last lawn guy after 5 years of service; he got lazy & stacked leaves behind my sheds. So this guy from. TT, I watched as he blew the leaves in a pile (here we go!) then threw them over the fence onto my neighbor's property!!!! I ran outside to stop him and he ARGUED WITH ME. Saying, " that's that man's leaves over here falling on your property, throw his leaves back on his property." He was serious! And he continued... I told him NO NO NO. I didn't explain how wrong that was, I explained how "I SPECIFICALLY DIDNT ASK FOR THAT ON THUMBTACK..." This guy just kept on defending his logic. Even after I told him I know my neighbor, I dont do that. He rebuttal... " "That's his leaves!" 🤦‍♀️ I had to tell him, "You do it the right way as I requested, or you leave." He finished the right way... I paid him what we initially agreed on... holding back the $25 tip I had planned on giving him. Over my fence is a second 4ft chain fence... thats the pinestraw and leaves he threw over my fence. also he left thr 2 small piles on my back walkway, it when I started cleaning g the yard but my mower broke. Good service worker would have picked that up too.
