I began my training journey on July 27th, 2020 with Dwight Wilson. I was very nervous about even starting this new chapter in my life. I have struggled with excessive weight for several years now. In the very first session, I knew Dwight was Godsend. He is knowledgable, diligent, and enthusiastic. Each session is full of different exercises and targets the entire body. I have lost not only weight but inches in the short time I have been training with him. For the first time in my life, I believe that I will not only reach my goal of losing 100lbs naturally but will change my lifestyle for a healthier better version of myself. My son was so impressed with my weight loss and physical change that he too now goes to Dwight and is loving the results! His goals are completely different than mine and Dwight has definitely exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend that you begin your journey with Dwight. Like many people I have enrolled in memberships to Gyms and ended up never going. Now I go 4-5xs a week and no longer feel intimated I am confident. Thank you Dwight Wilson for helping me and my son become the best versions of ourselves!

Excellent Service!! I couldn’t think Dwight enough for a seamless experience with hiring a personal trainer. I’ve used a few trainers in the past as I’ve moved between states and Dwight has far exceeded my expectations. We start my workouts at 5AM, three days a week, and he’s always on time and in a good mood. He listens to my needs and doesn’t waste any time between sets. I’m so happy with the service that I’m hoping to start using him five times a week! I would highly recommend Dwight to anyone looking to take their fitness goals seriously.

Dwight Is an amazing trainer!! He’s helped me stay accountable and achieve my personal goals each season. He’s very good at working with you to establish a fitness plan at scale. We focused on different muscle groups and he rotated the types of workouts to get the best results. Overall 10/10

Dwight has been responsive from the very beginning of this process. He’s professional and has made me feel at ease doing exercise in a gym that I never truly felt comfortable doing.     1 hour: 1 session-$50 5 sessions-$45 each 10 sessions-$40 each 30 minute: 1 session-$30 5 sessions-$27 each 10 sessions-$25 each Small group/semi-private (1 hour): 2 people-$25 per person 3 people-$20 per person 4 or more-$15 per person

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Meet in person to go over goals and do an initial assessment to see where they stand. After that that make a solid plan for that person based on their goals and assessment results.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    BS in kinesiology from LSU, Focus in physical education National strength and conditioning association Certified personal trainer CPR/AED certified through Red Cross
