If I could’ve given negative stars I would’ve. Came to check a simple job and went up the attic to check, came back down and damaged the attic roof with attic ladder by bumping it on roof not once but thrice. And guess what after all this said I pass I can’t handle this simple job. I requested Mr. Jose to take care of damage to that he said he will get back to it when he can and just flee away with his notepad. No professionalism whatsoever. Use his services at your own risk.

Customizable according to the project scope. Willing to break out a project into phases, so its more likely to be afforded. Willing to customize the project according to your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over a new clients goals, and vision for the project. Visit the site where service is to be performed, take measurements at the location, and offer design ideas if necessary and draw out plans. Walk through the location with the new client to confirm what needs to be done and provide an estimate in writing the next business day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College 4 years studied Electrical Engineering, Nationally Certified Executive Chef, Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Attended Louisiana Home Inspection Courses, and keep up on current changes in regulations.
